For any country economics that want to experience growth there must be job creation. Job creation and unemployment rates are two key indicators that decide the state at which economic of a country will be determined, they play a vital role in a developing a country and help keep the growth of a country. But today it look difficult for people to secure a job and that has been the reason why our economic is not experience growth.

I always come with big analysis on how Africa will likely be the most continent with unemployed people in next 10 years. I think I am right saying that, because if we look at home job creation is been handle in Africa especially Nigeria which every other countries think it's a hub for job creation. But that is not right, in every year Nigeria push over 10,000 students every years to labor market, and out those push to a labor market only few will secure a job because job opportunities are not abundant. The rest 9,000 are pushed back to labor market and let say 1,000 will survive with skills anb be self employed while the rest 8,000 will be pushed back to market.
This is a cycle, the following years the 8,000 will joined another 10,000 that will be push to labor market, and the job creation as usual is not abundant. So doing that for next 10 years, more than 100,000 youth will be unemployed in Nigeria alone, not yet talk of other Africa countries. But when there are lot of job opportunities for people it going to reduce unemployment rates in a given country and that eill stimulate ewch sectors of the economy of such country.
One things that is not clear to the government is that, if there is jobs creation and people find employment they will have source of income and once they have source of income their purchasing power will be increased. And for any country that there is increase in consumerism definitely there will be more business expansion and further job creation. These are what make a country economics to grow, cause reduction of poverty and improving overall living standards. Obviously when individuals have access to employment, unemployment rates will be limit, people genrste income will me many and they will have the opportunity to improve their economic situation likewise provide for their families.
What is the impact of job creation
When there is more opportunities open up for people, there are many things that come out from it, for individuals it provide that opportunity to develop in new skills especially for the youth looking for way to survive, infact it can turn valuable working experience and lead to stability for them. One thing that is certain when there is job creation is that individual will have access to acquire more knowledge in new career. But no one have ever tell our leaders in Nigeria that the failure of job creation is results in youth fraud the internet. Honestly this is a win-win if there is job creation, because individual will grow financial, economics will grow, even the government will have additional funds to invest in public service ad more people enter the workforce, more people will be tax for tax, and there will be high tax revenue going to their pocket. But who want to get tax from me not working for the past 2 years graduated from school.
More so, a high unemployment rate lead to struggling labor market facing now, most of the job available are limited and even competitive and that goes beyond everyone level but later results on the economy, but businesses and government can take in a strategy in promoting job creation and reduce unemployment rates for economic betterment.
How I think job creation can be promoted
Promoting job creation is a crucial steps that can gear this economy up, it the only way that countries can stay afloat on their economy and reduce unemployment rates in the labor market. One of the way to promote job creation is foster entrepreneurs, and support small business. When government empowered entrepreneur it will bring in more skills that will contribute to the economy. And small business can easily adapt to market demand if they are supported it will help create more job for individuals looking for work. I believe promoting job creation it will reduce unemployment in our society and build a better tomorrow for the youth and resilient economic thaat everyone eill benefits from it
Let us build a resilient community by putting effort towards to create more jobs to improve the overall living of individual and a better economy.
