Each of our parents has worked hard to give birth to us and raise us. Every parent tries to carefully build the future of their children and their children will fulfill their dreams by studying, that is, every parent tries to ensure that their children can study well and reach the pinnacle of success. They try to raise their children well throughout their lives and try to make them good human beings, and with that, they have a hope in their minds that their children will grow up to be the ball of their knees when they grow up and become a stick in their old age. Many children can fulfill the dreams of their parents and stand by them in their old age and take good care of them, but there are many children who become scoundrels called children. They are completely far from taking care of their old parents. Nowadays, it is seen that children do not want to take the responsibility of their parents and do not want to take care of them, due to which old age homes have been created in different places for old parents.
There was a time in society when old parents were not seen living on the streets or being neglected, but as society developed and people became educated, such an inhuman mentality has developed that they have started neglecting their own biological parents. Parents hope that they will also get the same love and affection in their old age, but some parents fail completely. They work hard to educate their children well, but they are so incapable of raising them well that they become neglected in their old age. There are many parents who, while educating their children with good education, make them inhuman. People say that too much love is not good, but that may be the case in the case of parents. Because parents never want their love to be less for their children, the children consider the endless love of parents as a sign of their own injustice, due to which in the future, those parents end up in old age homes as a result of their love.
Nowadays, many parents are seen lying on the streets, leaving their last days in old age homes. Children who neglect these parents do not understand how bad their long breath can be in the life of their children. People get the same results as they do, so if they neglect their old parents in old age homes or on the streets, they will also find themselves neglected on the streets or in old age homes. Nowadays, children have become so sophisticated and illiterate that they do not understand how important their parents are in their lives. Some children have started neglecting their parents while living a modern life. And this is why the number of old age homes in the society is increasing day by day. Unable to adapt their old parents to modern life, children are choosing old age homes as a shelter for their parents. Some parents are breathing their last breath in the four walls of old age homes with despair, pain and tears in their hearts.
The suffering of old parents in old age homes can be understood by other old parents. If we do not understand the suffering of old parents and if we neglect our parents without giving them proper love and care, then according to our karma, we will have to suffer the same neglect at some point. Therefore, we should not only fear the karma but also, out of our own duty and understanding the suffering of our biological parents, give them a nice place to live and take care of them as much as possible. Old parents are like children, so just as children are taken care of, old parents should also be taken care of. If we take care of our old parents and take care of them with love, their blessings will always be with us and we will all be able to live a very happy and peaceful life together. Otherwise, at the end of our lives, when we too reach old age, we will have to die with the sting of our conscience for the injustice and neglect done to our old parents.
