A couple of days ago an uncle of my beloved gave us some yogurt as in his work they are often giving them away and since that day I had in mind to make a cake using these, as I've seen them enough and they made me miy appetizing until I finally did it and I must say that it was exquisite, very fluffy and with a delicious flavor...
Without further ado here I share with you how I made it 👩🏻🍳✨
Ingredientes:

1 ½ taza de harina se trigo

1 taza de azúcar

½ taza de aceite

1 Yogurt pequeño

✨Preparación | Preparation✨
✨ En un recipiente agregue los dos huevos y bati manualmente unos minutos hasta espumar un poco, agregué una taza de azúcar y media taza de aceite y mezcle todo muy bien por unos pocos minutos.
✨ In a bowl add the two eggs and beat manually for a few minutes until a little froth, add a cup of sugar and half a cup of oil and mix everything very well for a few minutes.
✨ Seguidamente agregué el yogurt e integré todo muy bien, luego agregue la taza y media de harina de trigo junto con jna cucharadita de polvo para hornear, pasando ambos primero por un colador a fin de tamizar y evitar grumos, integré todo muy bien (todo con ayuda de un batidor de globo).

✨ Habia olvidado por completo la vainilla, asi que la agregué de último y volví a dar una breve mezclada para luego pasar a un recipiente apto para horno (tortera) previamente engrasado y enharinado, como extra espolvoree un poco de azúcar y lleve a cocción con el horno ya precalentado (unos minutos) a 350°F por unos 45min o hasta introducir un palillo y que este salga totalmente seco.
✨ I had completely forgotten the vanilla, so I added it last and gave it a brief stir and then put it in a greased and floured baking dish (tortera), sprinkle a little sugar as an extra and bake in a preheated oven (a few minutes) at 350°F for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out completely dry.

Para ser primera vez que hacía y comia un bizcocho de yogurt debo decir que ne encanto, queda tan delicioso y tan esponjoso que podría comer y comer y mucho mas acompañado de un delicioso café con leche..
Realmente que en casa nos encantó ✨✨
For being the first time that I made and ate a yogurt cake I must say that I loved it, it is so delicious and so fluffy that I could eat and eat and much more accompanied by a delicious coffee with milk.
