Welcome to Walking Wednesday, with +12K steps at the moment of this post.
We are at middle of the week. Morning was a bit rainy and cloudy.
In the middle of a
gray day a colorful flowerput some happyness to the day. 
The drop showed up as a fresh smile.
Today was my appointment to get my pack for cholesterol control for next 4 months…
I really hate to take medicine daily as something forever… But after some different Doctor’s opinion they said there’s no way to get back the optimal condition of veins but at least to maintain it through medication. Well, as they say time doesn’t sorry about nothing.
Almost at home with my 12K steps, also with a lighter back pack. Following the sugestion of the Docyor yesterday I am changing my strategy to post and all will be wheather at home in my McBook wheather in my school computer, which I am not completely used to. I feel easier to write with my personal computer/Mac, as everything is there comoatible/sharing with my phone: pictures, ideas noted in my Notes, audio recorded, etc. It looks like not heavy but after putting out of my back pack it my feeling walking is a big different.
Lot of things I can still do with my phone. Of course I would prefer always the screen of my MacBook Air.
This post I am doing using my phone and experiencing the use of HivePro. It looks acceptable to work with it using my phone. The only thing I would like is to use a bigger key-word…
Well, not bad writing with phone. Last pictures I took after the clinic were at the enter of the Station Sung Wong Toi, it shows an insteresting historic time of Hong Kong.
Umbrella was in action as most of the day was rainy.
