Season Summary

Season 161 just wrapped up, and it’s been a solid one for me on the land front. If you’ve read my earlier post, you already know I’ve been rolling out my land strategy in phases. We’re now fully into Phase 2, and I’ve pushed quite a few more units onto my plots.

I’m still working on filling the remaining 11 rare plots before circling back to the commons. The idea is to maximize my DEC/hour efficiently, and while 13 DEC/hour isn’t exactly setting the world on fire, it’s definitely climbing. Considering the amount of staked DEC and card value already sunk into land, it's... low. But hey, we're still early in the land game, and with each season, it's starting to feel a bit more rewarding.

A cool new thing this season: you can now create tickets — both fortune tickets and auction marks, which is a welcome step in expanding utility. It’s still not where it needs to be, but it’s slowly shaping up.

🎯 Legendary Draws – Bittersweet

I had a bit of “luck” this season on the legendary draws — landed 3 gold foil legendaries. Normally, that would be awesome, but I’m trying to complete the regular set, so golds aren’t helping me much here. Never thought I’d be disappointed to see gold legendaries, but hey... here we are 😅.

I’m mostly missing specific legendaries now, so the grind continues. I’m planning to farm some extra glint just to give myself a bit of a head start when the next soulbound set drops. But honestly i think this will be a close race without creating a head start :(.

🥒 The Pickle Drop

Let’s talk Pickle. Yes, that Pickle.

This season’s drop came through and I was eligible for 402 copies. Naturally, I scooped them all. And finally, lady luck hit hard — I pulled a Black Foil Pickle!

Of course, I immediately slapped it on land — no hesitation. But with Conflict approaching, I’ll need to pull it off again to place it in a Conflict Wagon and try to rack up some sweet conflict points. Fingers crossed for airdrop cards!
