SEC is nothing more then a attorney training facility for the government and a piggy bank where they let shit happen first then step in and just fee everyone. The most disgusting and pointless system ever. At least for the people, for the government it's great. Free money and free training that tax payers pay for. Pretty much another reason I'm so sick of the USA government lately.
