Good day, amazing people of the Hive blockchain! Welcome back to my blog is another edition in the #ladiesofhive community topic: what type of food do you prefer? Are you on the healthy team, or do you prefer junk food? Or do you simply maintain a good balance between the two?

It is very important for us to eat healthy food for our well-being. It will help us function well and not feel unwell all the time. When you eat healthy, you will always be strong and have fewer visits to the hospital. It is very necessary for us to always eat healthy in order to stay healthy and strong. I see healthy food as the essential need of man. Every human needs to be on team healthy and not team junk; there is a need for us to reduce the intake of junk in our bodies. Junk can be very harmful to our body system if we consume it all the time.
I have you ask yourself why our forefathers lived long, strong and healthy even in their 80s because they were a healthy team that ate things that would nourish their bodies. If we check back then, the rate of sickness was too low because most of the foods they consumed were natural foods, which are very good for the people's systems.
I have come to realise that what we consume plays a big role in ours. In fact, if we really want to live long, we should eat more healthy food and less junk food. Most of this junk food we consumed on a daily basis is really harmful to our body systems, but we keep consuming it. The chemicals used in preserving those junk foods are so good for us.

I prefer healthy food over junk food. Anyone who eats healthy hardly feels unwell; their body system is always active. Eating healthy helps to promote good health. The type of food we consume now will actually determine how healthy we will be in the future is very important for us to eat healthy. When you eat healthy, your immune system will be strong to fight diseases, and you will also be energised.
Healthy foods are high in nutrients, which contain all the nutrients that will help our body system to function well. The universe blesses us with a lot of healthy food is very important for us to eat healthy; we should reduce our intake of junk food.
Benefit of healthy food

It is very heartbreaking that people prioritise more junk food than healthy food, forgetting that when we eat healthy, it will help us stay strong and active. For us not to have complications with our health, we should eat healthy.
It helps us to live long. What we eat plays a very important role in our lives; if we want to live long, we should eat healthily.
It helps us stay strong and energised.
Helps to reduce illness and helps save up money that we will always waste in hospitals.
It is very necessary for us to reduce the consumption of junk food and eat more healthy food for us to live a healthier life.
