I realized it is a jungle here, as I try to figure how to maximize my earnings in the crypto space.
There are so many foreign terms to grapple with, such as staking, impermanent loss, liquidity pool, consensus, mining. Within the Hive network, I am still struggling with how the reward system works. Not easy.
As I delve deeper into the blockchain and crypto market, I can't help but marvel at how others have such deep knowledge of the ins and outs of this game.
Have I been living under the rock?
Perhaps, but more accurately, I am late (relatively) to the party compared to the senpai who had acquired much knowledge about the technical workings of the blockchain business.
Who else is later? I suspect at least 99 out of 100 people I know of. I can easily find 99 associates and friends who don't know what I know about the blockchain and crypto market. I have been talking to people, making presentations, that is why I am quite certain of this statistic.
I have no doubt more people will come to know about the blockchain revolution, and benefit from it. I estimate it will take at least 5 years before 50% of the people around me become comfortable using some form of defi products as a way of investing. Understandably, they had to gain a considerable amount of knowledge before willing to part their money to pour into the crypto space. But this learning curve will be steep if more things keep being developed.
Regardless, viewed from another perspective, those who are willing to learn... or relearn about the world will be the ones who are ready for the blockchain revolution, benefitting from it.
Learning about the blockchain is not easy.
We, who are here earlier, have the duty to continue learning and to share knowledge about blockchain and crypto if we believe in a better world with the blockchain revolution.
