As you might know, Artificial intelligence (AI) is sort of a hot topic right now on the internet.
People use AI tools for different purposes and among them is also using Artificial Intelligence to write content.
When there is a talk in the town about AI, how may someone not mention Chatgpt? This AI tool has got some good buzz across the world of internet.
Have seen a few YouTubers trying create content with Chatgpt and to me, it is kind of impressive how Chatgpt writes the content.
Is it Okay to Publish AI content on Hive?
As you might know that a few users on Hive have jumped into the ring trying to stop people from posting AI content on Hive by downvoting their content which they believe being created through AI.

But the question still remains there. Should AI Content be Allowed on Hive?
I don't think this matter needs any discussion or explanation. It's pretty simple to me. *If a user on pubkishes AI content on Hive and is asked, did he/ she create that content through AI? What do you think that user's response could be? I don't think he/she will openly say, yes it's an AI content, rather he/she may feel hesitant to accept its an AI content. So, if there is some sort of hesitation or negation, morally that means it's not a right thing to do so.
AI Content is Against the Spirit of the Community?
Yes, I believe. Hive is a community of people from different parts of the world. These people share their thoughts, stories and other stuff across the platform which is keeping Hive alive.
But imagine, we have bots (AI content) everywhere on Hive. Who would you talk to, share things etc. Would you want to stay here on Hive anymore? I don't think so.
I am not a good content writer, nor English is my native language. But this is the beauty of Hive that we get to know about different people from different parts of the world.
I believe, AI content shouldn't be allowed on Hive.
If someone says, it should be, please explain in the comments as to why it should be allowed on Hive.
