30 minutes.

For 30 days

900 minutes dedicated to making yourself better.

900 minutes on $HIVE 900 minutes on fitness 900 minutes on relationships

I got this idea from Sahil Bloom recently and it has been easy for me to implement. I have decided to dedicate 30 minutes a day for 30 days to fitness. I have been so off and on with fitness in 2024 this goal just made sense.

I love this approach.

So often we get all fired up about a project and burn out quickly. Instead just give up some time each day and make some slow progress.

I believe that we all have 30 minutes in the day. I know lots of times I feel like I do not. I feel too busy with family, work, etc.

I could give up some stuff or wake up a little earlier.

Let me know what you want to spend 30 minutes a day on for the next 30 days??? I would love to hear what you want to focus on.
