A kind of addition lol, I always have my mobile phone on and it is impossible to be online without being on Hive
Now the hard question, what is the Stickiness Factor to Hive?
Actually, I have a clear opinion but pragmatic and maybe tough and not nice. Let's see!
In my opinions there are several reasons for the Hive to be where it is, way below what it was supposed to be.

Let's start with the basics, crypto attracts lots of lazy people, easy money, be rich without getting tired , living from the golden eggs, etc.
After 2 or 3 posts, people realize that living from Hive it takes more than cat's photos, it takes years, engagement and big friends also help.

Hive can't be and should not be compared to big social networks, but let's see why people are there and not in Hive, people are on Facebook because of friends and family, people are on Instagram because of friends and people they admire, people are on Twitter, some just because Elon Musk is on Twitter.
Simple as that, people are where others are.

Let's make a challenge
Who are Polkadot, Polygon, Matic, Cardano, Avalanche, Ethereum, Whatever core devs?
If you don't know just google and see how they engage on social web2, how many followers and what their visions are and opinions about blockchain and crypto tech.
Now, what are the vision, opinions, how many people follow them online, how well they engage with people, of Hive core devs?
Who knows Hive core devs (no need to be doxed) outside of Hive? No one!

There are a few more reasons to Hive be where it is, but I'm not in the mood to go a bit deeper.
So, what is the Stickiness Factor to Hive?
Until some kind of mass visibility and circle jerk strategies change, play marketing with the same tools others play, the Stickiness Factor is made by the passion of some "mad" people like you and me that are here everyday, especially those who don't have big friends and feed everyday the blockchain for a few cents in return 😉
