dCity Burn Tool — Updates
I made some improvements to the burn tool around combined cards and bones and wanted to share what's new — especially if you have such cards.
What's New
Combined cards are now first-class citizens.
The burn tool now properly detects and handles all container/combined card types — including some (like Bones) that weren't being routed correctly before. If you logged in previously and saw combined cards mixed in with your regular cards, that's fixed.
Combined cards now get their own expanded section on load, grouped by name. You can see at a glance how many you hold and how many inner cards are locked inside each one. Click any group to open the burn modal, pick your quantity, and send it — up to 250 in a single Keychain confirmation.
The modal now shows "Inner cards to release" instead of a misleading 0 SIM figure — because that's what you're actually unlocking when you burn a combined card. The inner cards come back to your account, and from there you can burn them normally to recover the SIM inside.
Max button. One click to set quantity to the ceiling. Small thing, big quality of life.
Reminder: The Two-Step for Combined Cards
- Burn your combined cards → inner CITY cards return to your account
- Hit Reload, then burn the released cards → SIM is yours
The tool will walk you through both steps. After burning combined cards, reload and your newly freed cards will appear in the main burn grid ready to go.
