Onbording a los trabajadores de Holasupercenter en Cumaná estado Sucre//Onbording to Holasupercenter employees in Cumaná, Sucre state.

Sigo retomando el ritmo de mis publicaciones ya que es imformativo lo que les traigo, por ello hoy quiero compartirles lo que es un día normal en mi vida promocionando a Hive y dando a conocer nuestra blockchain y lo grande que es nuestro ecosistema.

Hace unos días atrás, el equipo de Hivesucre empezó con una fase la cual llamamos el (onbording para trabajadores), si lo sé quizás piensen que vamos a encajonar o encasillar este onbording solo a los empleados de nuestros negocios aliados, y no no es así, pues hemos estado incluyendo usuarios cada semana así no sean empleados de los negocios que aceptan HBD, en nuestra ciudad de Cumaná estado Sucre.

I continue to resume the rhythm of my publications since it is informative what I bring you, so today I want to share with you what is a normal day in my life promoting Hive and making known our blockchain and how great is our ecosystem.

A few days ago, the Hivesucre team started with a phase which we call the (onbording for workers), if I know you may think that we are going to box or pigeonhole this onbording only to employees of our allied businesses, and it is not so, because we have been including users every week even if they are not employees of the businesses that accept HBD, in our city of Cumaná state of Sucre.

Esta fase es una de las más importantes, ya que esto conlleva una gran responsabilidad, pues esto tiene un objetivo en específico, el cual es que dichos trabajadores ingresen a Hive, conozcan mucho más sobre las herramientas que le puede brindar y como no, de que hagan vida en las redes sociales descentralizadas que tiene nuestro ecosistema, tanto como a nivel de blog escrito y vlog en video.

Esto puede sonar muy fácil pero no lo es, pues debemos lograr retención de usuarios, ya que abrir cuentas cualquiera lo puede hacer, y llenarse la boca o jactarse de que han incluído 100 usuarios, pero el objetivo principal es lograr retención a través del ingreso de usuarios comprometidos con este proyecto de onbording como lo tenemos con @ocd.

This phase is one of the most important, because it carries a great responsibility, as this has a specific objective, which is that these workers enter Hive, know much more about the tools it can provide and of course, to make life in decentralized social networks that has our ecosystem, both at the level of written blog and video vlog.

This may sound very easy but it is not, because we must achieve user retention, since anyone can open accounts and fill their mouths or boast that they have included 100 users, but the main objective is to achieve retention through the entry of users committed to this onbording project as we have with @ocd.

Los objetivos con esto están muy claros, lograr que la economía circular vaya cerrándose y que ese dinero en HBD que ingresa mediante los pagos de usuarios que usan nuestra blockchain para obtener bienes y servicios, puedan los comercios que aceptan pagos en HBD, pagar o dar bonificaciones en HBD a sus trabajadores, y que nuestra criptomoneda estable HBD, tenga aún mucho más valor agregado de lo que ya tiene, el simple hecho de que esto ocurra dentro de muy poco, nos hace muy feliz ver y observar que pase esto será algo único e inédito en Hive, y mejor aún que estos trabajadores logren usar estos HBD para pagar sus alimentos, servicios y si quieren comprarse colonias, snacks, o los que les de la gana pero con HBD lo hará muy divertido en realidad.

Lograr una economía basada en HBD con esta nueva fase del proyecto, nos coloca en un momento muy especial, ya que luego de casi un año de trabajo estamos a punto de presenciar lo que jamás nadie pensó que podía pasar y con hechos no de imaginaciones, por ello bienvenidos a la segunda fase la cual estará cargada de emociones a montón.

The objectives with this are very clear, to achieve that the circular economy is closing and that this money in HBD that enters through the payments of users who use our blockchain to obtain goods and services,can accept payments in HBD businesses can pay or give bonuses in HBD to their workers, and that our stable cryptocurrency HBD, has even more added value than it already has, the simple fact that this will happen very soon, makes us very happy to see and observe that this will be something unique and unprecedented in Hive, and even better that these workers manage to use these HBD to pay for their food, services and if they want to buy colognes, snacks, or whatever they want but with HBD will make it very fun indeed.

Achieving an economy based on HBD with this new phase of the project, puts us in a very special moment, because after almost a year of work we are about to witness what no one ever thought could happen and with facts not imaginations, so welcome to the second phase which will be full of emotions galore.

Quiero agradecer al equipó de @hivesucre, a mi hermano de batallas en esta ocasión por qué tengo muchos, y hablo de @omarcitorojas que hizo el onbording conmigo, acá estuvimos unas cuantas horas jajajaja, pero todo vale la pena y más aún cuando se hace lo que te gusta y te apasiona, nos seguimos leyendo querida comunidad, sin ustedes esto jamás sería posible, cada nombre, cara, cariño de ustedes se llevan día a día en el corazón, cabe destacar que las personas que recibieron la inducción y apertura de cuentas son @luisdiaz1 y @albavida, dos personas excelentes y muy trabajadoras de Holasupercenter, gracias chicos por aceptar el reto.
