Some time ago, I made a comparison between TribalDex and BeeSwap.
One of the very few important missing parts for BeeSwap was a Hive Engine token market, or as I called it in that post, "a regular market with order books".
Yesterday, as I was managing my Hive Engine tokens before the weekly goals post, I discovered we now have a token market on BeeSwap.
After looking it up today, it seems it was announced too... a few weeks ago.
I'd still want to give some feedback on it.
Richlist
I think it's the first main HE interface that includes the richlist feature, apart from leodex, which hasn't been updated in a while.
Account History
Unlike the other main HE interfaces (HE, TribalDex, LeoDex), BeeSwap shows account history differently. While the other interfaces show it broken down by token, for different date ranges (HE/TribalDex can show probably the entire history, if you click "Load More" enough times).
What BeeSwap shows is a short-term history on ALL tokens that came to or leaved your account.
Trade History
Unlike the other main interfaces, BeeSwap doesn't show the trade history on the trade screen, but separately. This allows it more room to maneuver to show a longer list of trades than the other interfaces. The downside is it's not on the same screen, so you can't see all the information at once.
However, it does show at least a full 24h worth of trades on any token, regardless of how many trades there are (including for DEC and SPS), more than 24h for slightly less active tokens, and the last transaction for tokens that have transactions rarely. That's from my observations made while check it today.
Token Description and Information
That's something very important to have, and BeeSwap included its own Token information popup like this (accessible from the "!" button at the right of richlist):
Moving Averages
Yep, Beeswap is the first HE interface which includes moving averages for TA on their charts, that can be activated or deactivated one by one (MA5, MA10, MA20, MA30). Longer MA don't make sense since the max date range for the chart is for 90 days (or 3 months - one of them, haven't checked).
Here's how the SPS chart looks like for the last 90 days with all MAs activated:
Token Market
The token market itself, where you enter your limit orders and manage existing ones is below the chart, as you would expect. I guess it doesn't need too much explaining...
Final Words
I haven't used the token market and the new features too much on BeeSwap yet. Practically, since yesterday when I discovered them. They are ok but still need some getting used to. The best thing for me is that I won't need to switch interfaces as frequently, since I mainly use BeeSwap now, and I won't need to switch to another interface for the token market.
