A Refreshing Clove-Infused Drink Recipe.

Hello everyone, it's another beautiful Sunday in a new month, and I feel blessed for the privilege of seeing the month of June.

For today's creative Sunday, I have decided to share another delicious and healthy drink. It's one of my favourites due to one of the ingredients known as clove.

I believe cloves are one of the underrated herbs in this part of the world, and we are missing out on their goodness because they actually work for so many things in our body system. From aiding digestion to working as antioxidants and many more, this herb has played a significant role in keeping people who know the importance of it healthy.

I have made tea out of clove just by boiling, but some time ago, I thought of making juice out of it, and the outcome was fantastic. It came out with a distinct taste, and I have been trying clove with different drinks since then.

This you are about to learn about is one of the drinks I made with clove, and you will love this because all the ingredients are healthy and good for our health.


  • Watermelon
  • Milk
  • Cloves
  • Dates

Let's get to the process of making this tasty and healthy drink.

  • I started by soaking my dates and cloves in warm water to get rid of dirt and also make the dates soft for blending.

  • I went on to remove the back of my watermelon since I wouldn't be needing it for the drink.

  • After some minutes, when the dates had become soft, I rinsed them and got rid of their seeds.

  • I filled my blender cup with the watermelon, dates, cloves, and a small quantity of water.

  • I blended the combination for about 5 minutes, ensuring that they blended very well.

  • Immediately the blending was completed, I got my sieve because I would need to drain the juice from the blended combo.

  • I filled my cup with ice also and gently placed the sieve on it. I started pouring the blended combo, draining the juice into the cup.
  • After draining the juice, I gently opened my milk and poured it into the cup as well.

  • I stirred, ensuring the juice and milk mixed very well.
  • It was chilled, and that's how I enjoy it all the time.

Like I mentioned earlier, the health benefits of this drink are something that makes it stand out among other drinks. You can also add ginger if you want something with a stronger taste, but I love it this way.
