Happy Sunday hivers,
As my participation for the #ladiesofhive community contest week #164, I go with the second hypothetical question on my magical wish for the Christmas season. I believe this wish if it was made 9n Christmas would have a lasting effect even for eternity. So I would spell out the wish I have in mind.
2️⃣ If you had one magical wish for Christmas / holiday season, what would that
Christmas is a season of love, a holiday period to unite, self reflect and revolutionize your thoughts. Although I have never seen magic happen before but if my magical wish cna be granted by Santa I would be so great because, it has to do with the society I live and people in it.
Hence, my wish for Christmas will be for things to become great in Nigeria again, financially, economically and individually. Yes, for many years now we have been forced to accept whatever is thrown at us as a people and I really want that to change. I would want us to have a government that is truly for the people, by the people and of the people. Where we have a say and not just been directed by greedy dictators who have no human feelings are heart.
It is a realization that when the government of the country is headed by God fearing, intelligent and hardworking people who are passionate about the affairs of the country, almost everything will fall in place. People will be happy and contented.
FINANCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY
I would want my country to be financially free and this includes the various ways applicable to achieve that. We have money issues because things are extremely expensive and people cannot afford several basic needs or luxuries that they wish to have. As part of my wish, hopefully things get regulated and payment of services are overboard for people in high political offices, funds can go round to create jobs, build affordable hospitals, invest in great ideas that would build up the growth of the country in the aspects of technology, electricity, mobile and so on.
Economically, resources can be managed efficiently and prudently but individually and community wise. Rather than pay for senators wardrobe allowance every month, changes their cars every tenure to expensive cars, or a political person owing up to 20 cars Is really outrageous and insane. But if my wish is granted, everyone can be granted a fair share of economic resources and utilize it perfectly well. Inflation will reduce and been resourceful will help the naira stand strong against its counterparts.
INDIVIDUALLY
By individually, what I mean is that we ought to work on our character and emotions as a person for the country to move forward. As it is said, a leopard cannot change its skin regardless, so as humans you can't be wicked to your fellow neighbor and expect things to turn out well. We cannot expect to cheat ourselves and live happily. But when we build up our character from stealing, cheating, manipulating, and all manner of bad vices. The country would be a better place for everyone.
In view of all that is been said, my one magical wish has been broken down to the various ways they can contribute to the growth of humans and the country and even the world at large. All I just want is for things to become normal, we should tlbe able to afford whatever we want and money should not be a problem.
