Is it look nice in the strawberry bushes?
Or on the table?
Hello, friends, community greetings. Summer is here with rain, sun, and clouds. After the rain, the garden was full of calendula flowers, They took over all our other plants but still, our red currant, wild strawberries, and raspberries doing well. Last days when the sun shone I picked some of these red berries and made a crazy drink. I tried it the first time but it was soo good anyway.
I said crazy yes do you hear about using green chilies in the sweet drinks? I never but I did use chili in sweet drinks.
After picking these berries I was thinking what shall I make from these berries? And after a few minutes, I gather those things from the cupboard, and fridge to make this drink.
Ingredients:
Hand-full raspberries
hand-full strawberries
1/2 cup red currant
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup of thick yogurt
1 tbsp chopped pishtashue
1 tbsp chopped almond
1 hot green chili
2 cm fresh ginger
2 sprigs of fresh mint.
2 pinches of salt
Added all berries to the mixer jar.
Added ginger mint and chili until we tasted finished drinks I don't know it was hot chili but it worked fine).
Sugar
Salt
After all-berries and chili, mint ginger blend.
First, I was thinking of using it directly but those red currant seeds did not feel comfortable.so I decided to strain the mixture.
after straining it using a strainer discard those seeds.
Now i have the berries mixture yogurt, chopped nuts
Poured milk in the mixture of berries.
Stirred well.
Pour the mixture into the glasses.
Added 1 tbsp yogurt to each.
Added chopped nuts/garnished.
Picked some more berries for garnish.
I garnished it with all the berries calendula flowers and mint leaves.
And it turned out very good drinks.
The leftover mixture I froze in the Ice mold.
They also turned good and tasty.
Thank you for reading my post.
