I have been trying to pull myself together and set goals for next year, most importantly for my Hive and Leo stakes. The problem is I don't know what my Leo goal is. I don't know what number I should choose to set my sights on. And that's because I can't predict the future. I don't know what's in store for me in the year 2023.
This year had been a lot of things for me. Seeing that I never saw anything of the things that happened to come, I can't tell what's coming next year either.
But, there's one thing 2022 has taught me that I am assured I can apply to 2023. That's Planning. This year I realized that I was able to move each piece off my chess board when I planned all of my moves.
Most times I did get hit by my opponent but as a result of the plan I had in place, I have always been to think of new moves and apply them accordingly. Yes, because I change moves and strategies, I did get different results but it didn't stray too far away from the original plan.
I don't want to bore you with the details of all of those plans, you have seen it in my stakes, my reputation, my posts, engagements, and everything else that I seem to have brought to the table.
Next year, I wish I could bring more to the table. But the level at which I intend to do this eludes me. I can't seem to see clearly what the future holds for me and my Hive account including all of the tokens I want to accumulate.
This is why it's rather difficult to set Leo goals and it was even difficult starting the first line and paragraph for this post. But here we are.

I'll love to ask the universe for a lot of Hive and Leo power for next year. When I say a lot, I mean lots and lots of those numbers. Something like a 100k Hive Power and 100K Leo Power is the kind of lot that I am talking about.
Clearly, this is greed because I am not even seeing the window to make this a reality. I have laid in bed right from the day I saw the announcement post thinking this through. I have been trying to see if there will be an angle to pull this off and what are the various prices that I have to pay to make this reality.
Far be it from me to think that I can use 372 days to move from a measly stake to that huge amount mentioned above. But, motivational speakers often say, you can do anything, if you set your heart to it.
But what if, I decide to take it in percentages? Let's say, I want to have 10% of my dream stake by the end of 2023. That's more realistic, right?
Of course, 10k HP and 10K LP are realistic as compared to 100K stakes respectively. So there you have it, my goal for next year. If we get there early, then, I'll add more legs to this table. Until then, I'll have my 100K HP and 100k LP dream at the back of my mind and as always, I'll do all that it takes.
Right now, I have only one route, and that's my post, and comment rewards, but if the tides turn in my favor, and I find other means, I'll be sure to keep you updated. Until then, say me a prayer to reach my 100K dream, it means a lot to me.
