RE: SEC chair Gensler was asked in Congress whether Ethereum is a security or not, even the SEC does not know how Ethereum is regulated 😂

Gensler has made statements saying that everything except BTC is a security but I don't think that is the case. I just don't like how the regulations are intentionally left vague so they can go after whatever they feel like
