Activity Walk: Marina Lakefront Park

No Orangetheory Fitness workout today but my wife Tiffany and I still made sure to remain active by doing one of our favorite quality time things to do.
We love going on activity walks because it’s foolish not to take advantage of the many different locations that are here in Central Florida to do so.
Today we walked at a location near Kissimmee at Marine Lakefront Park in St. Cloud.
Today’s walk allowed me to generate some @Actifit Move To Earn points on a Sunday Funday.
We have three Orangetheory workouts scheduled this week with a 5K running event on Saturday and I’m a week away from my appointment with the foot doctor and getting it checked to see how bad it actually is. Hopefully it won’t put me out for too long.

Time constraints will limit my Actifity breakdown but won’t stop the Actifit generation and posting.
