Kissimmee 5K: Love on the Run

This morning, my wife Tiffany, my stepsons, and I laced up our shoes and joined a vibrant celebration of community, wellness, and connection at the Kissimmee 5K: Love on the Run.
This event welcomes runners, joggers, and walkers of any level for a heartwarming exploration of Downtown Kissimmee.
Whether you aim to smash a personal best or simply enjoy the leisurely vibe along a scenic route it was a great way to spend a Saturday morning.
Highlights
- Breathtaking Course: Enjoyed a route that meanders through charming streets and offers beautiful views of Kissimmee’s Lakefront Park.
- Finisher’s Flair: Capped off our achievement by earning a medal.
- Inclusive Fun: This event catered to participants of all ages and fitness levels and the DJ played some great music.
- Finish Time: 31:11.7 and placed 94 of 368 and being that I am just recovering from a plantar fasciitis injury this wasn’t a bad finish.

Next month we are about to run a 10k and it’s at one of our favorite races which is the most organized running event that we participate in hands down.
