Since my involvement in crypto, I can say I have been impacted positively on how to deal with money, I am not perfect yet but the day-to-day financial interaction has placed the responsibility of money in my hands and that isn't what I learned from school so the leaners in El Salvador has a lot to gain.
Interestingly the 36 minutes video showed shops receiving BTC payments and even small BTC miners.
The incentive to take crypto studies is a good idea and I hope that even if not implemented in El Salvador, I hope other nations implement it.
