Good evening dear Hivers, I hope you are having a fantastic week... During my vacation on beautiful Margarita Island I had the chance to visit some restaurants recommended by my daughter, the great thing is that I was able to enjoy different types of cuisine. I'll tell you, in Caracas, the city where I live, I haven't been lucky enough to find a place that sells excellent pizzas, even though I have followed the recommendations of friends and family who are fans of Italian food, but the truth is that I still haven't found a pizza where I want to repeat the experience. The first week I arrived on the island we went to an Italian restaurant that is very close to the La Vela Shopping Center, the truth is I was fascinated, finally a 10 out of 10 pizza haha! That day I told my daughter @vero10h that I wanted to repeat the same culinary experience before my vacation ended and so it was... A week before returning to Caracas we decided to enjoy a delicious dinner as a family. When we were placing our order, I was able to convince my daughter NOT to add her favorite ingredient to the "Caprese Pizza" when she orders a pizza, which is "salami". I convinced her by telling her NOT to ruin the original recipe haha! Although we enjoyed dinner, we all felt nostalgic because our bags were ready to go back, but as we ALWAYS think optimistically, we are sure that VERY soon we will meet again!

- Buenas noches queridos Hivers, espero que estén pasando una fantástica semana... Durante mis vacaciones en la hermosa isla de Margarita tuve la posibilidad de visitar algunos restaurantes recomendados por mi hija, lo genial es que pude disfrutar de diferentes tipos de gastronomía. Les cuento, en caracas qué es la ciudad donde vivo, no te tenido la suerte de encontrar un lugar donde vendan unas pizzas que sean excelentes, a pesar de que he seguido las recomendaciones de amigos y familiares que son fanáticos de la comida italiana, pero la verdad que todavía no encuentro una pizza en donde me queden ganas de volver a repetir la experiencia. La primera semana que llegué a la isla fuimos a un restaurante de comida italiana que está muy cerca del Centro Comercial La Vela, la verdad quedé fascinada, por fin una pizza 10 de 10 jaja! Ese día le comenté a mi hija @vero10h que deseaba repetir la misma experiencia culinaria, antes de que terminaran mis vacaciones y así fue... Una semana antes de regresar a caracas decidimos disfrutar en familia de una deliciosa cena, al momento de realizar nuestro pedido, pude convencer a mi hija de que NO agregará a la "Pizza Caprese" su ingrediente predilecto cuando pide una pizza, qué es el "salami", la convencí diciéndole que NO dañara la receta original jaja! Aunque disfrutamos la cena, todas sentíamos nostalgia porque las maletas estaban listas para regresar, pero como SIEMPRE pensamos con optimismo, estamos seguras que MUY pronto nos volveremos a reencontrar!
