SplinterGlossary: Tournament Limitations
Tournaments are created with certain rules. These rules dictate the limitations by which a tournament is played.
Every tournament follows either the Modern or the Wild format.
There are league limitations, where summoners are limited to a certain league cap (and therefore monsters are limited too). That doesn't stop a higher-league player to join a lower-league tournament.
Tournaments can be gold-foil only, or legendary cards (or just legendary summoners) can be forbidden.
