Rebellion Presale - 1 Day After: Total Cost Calculation of 5 Purchase Cases + My Buying Strategye
The Rebellion Presale has begun (started: October 18, 2023 at 2:00 PM ET/18:00 UTC) and today, as promised in my previous posts I am sharing my buying strategy related to the new Rebellion set that will be introduced in the game on December 5, 2023 when the General Sale begins and the Rebellion Set packs can be opened.
I have summarized the main information of the Rebellion Presale in a table
I think the Rebellion Presale started in the best way because during the first day of the presale more than half of the total Rebellion packs available for purchase during the presale were purchased:

The world of blockchain projects is still in a general Bear Market situation although there are slight signs of recovery.
In this market situation Splinterlands, by selling more than 250K Rebellion packs in a single day, has shown that it is a strong project that, despite its 5-year existence, has a solid base of players and investors who believe in the Splinterlands project.
The Rebellion presale has an interesting aspect that differentiates it from the presales of all previous sets because it is the first presale in which revenues are split between Splinterlands and SPS DAO.

Rebellion Presale: Purchase Cases Total Cost Calculation
In my previous two posts I calculated the cost of purchasing a Rebellion pack based on the payment method chosen and calculated the total dollar cost of purchase cases that qualify for purchase bonuses.
In today's post I updated the previous calculations and also added the total dollar calculation of the purchase instances that allow you to obtain the two Promo Cards at the maximum level.
Compared to the last time I checked the market value of tokens that can be used as a method of purchasing Rebellion packs (October 16, 2023) the "Last Price" value of DEC tokens has increased while the value of VOUCHER tokens has decreased.

In the following image you can see the current market values of DEC tokens and VOUCHER tokens (Lowest Ask Market Values).
As three days ago today the most convenient method to purchase a Rebellion pack during the current presale is to use 4000 DEC + 5 VOUCHER per pack but compared to 3 days ago the cost per pack in dollars has slightly decreased: 3.9215$ -> 3.9107$
Total cost calculation of purchase cases that qualify for a bonus pack
Those who purchase 100, 500 and 2000 Rebellin packs in a single transaction during the presale are entitled to a bonus pack.
In this case the bonus packs cost 5 VOUCHERS each.
Based on the current market value of DEC tokens and VOUCHER tokens those who purchase 100 packs will get 105 packs and incur:

Those who want to be guaranteed to get the guaranteed BCXs from the presale to upgrade promo cards to the maximum level must purchase a minimum number of packs during the presale.
Grimbardun Smith is a rare card and the maximum level is the combination of 115 BCX.
To receive 115 Grimbardun Smith Neutral Rare cards guaranteed (chance Gold Foil per card: 4%) you must purchase 1046 Rebellion packs whose purchase allows you to get a total of 1150 packs = 115 Grimbardun Smith Neutral Rare cards guaranteed
Mantaroth Neutral is a legendary card and the highest level is the combination of 11 BCX.
In order to receive 11 Mantaroth Neutral Legendary card guaranteed, it is necessary to purchase 1000 Rebellion packs whose purchase allows you to get a total of 1100 packs = 11 11 Mantaroth Neutral Legendary card guaranteed.
My buying strategy
Splinterlands is my favorite blockchain game because I like to play game battles and I like to increase the battle strength of my usable card collection in Modern Format which is the only format I want to play in because it is the only format where there are no bots.
I really like both of the two Promo cards that will be distributed to the presale participants but I don't consider these two cards exceptionally strong and especially versatile as for example Byzantine Kitty and Oshur Costantia that play well in many situations and in many different rulesets.
Also right now I don't have many DEC available because 150K DEC I keep aside to use in my 3 lands.
In this situation where I have little cash to invest in the short term, I have decided and planned what will be my purchasing strategy related to the Rebellion set:

I will purchase only 20 Rebellion packs during the presale

I will accumulate a larger amount of DEC tokens through:

selling my Beta and Untamed cards that have a low Production Points attribute and that I will not be able to use in Modern Format starting December 5 when the general sale begins

The conversion of some of my rewards from my Splinterlands posts to DEC.

I will enter fairly heavily during the first phase of the general sale by seizing opportunities to purchase Rebellion packs from the market and buying Rebellion cards that I will consider useful in battle based on the summoners and Chaos Legion and Riftwachers cards I have in my collection.
The Rebellion set will bring new and very interesting game dynamics and I definitely want to build up a collection of cards that will allow me to play stably at least in Modern Format's Gold+ leagues but I will wait for the general sale to do that.
During the presale I will try to further upgrade my Chaos Legion and Riftwatchers cards to be less uncomfortable when my Untamed cards with Byzantine Kitty in the lead can no longer be used in Modern Format.
When the general sale starts I will try to have a good number of Rebellion cards that will be very important for airdrops of Rebellion legendary cards.
I really like the new mechanism that will be applied to the airdrops of the Rebellion set in which they will no longer count packs purchased but packs purchased and not sold and especially cards purchased and not sold.
Splinterlands is my favorite blockchain game also because it allows you to choose between different game and investment strategies.
For the Chaos Legion set, I did not participate in the presale and purchased more than 1000 Chaos Legion packs during the general sale and in later stages.
In that case my strategy was advantageous for me and I hope it will be this time as well!
I continue to set growth goals on Splinterlands, hope that bots will be eliminated completely from Splinterlands, continue to increase the battle strength of my usable card collection in the Modern Format where there are no bots, and look forward with much excitement to the start of the general sale of the Rebellion set, phase 1.5 of lands, and the fully playable versions of Genesis League Soccer and Soulkeep that will expand the Splinterlands ecosystem

E' iniziata la Rebellion Presale (started: October 18, 2023 at 2:00 PM ET/18:00 UTC) e oggi, come promesso nei miei precedenti post condivido la mia strategia di acquisto relativa al nuovo set Rebellion che sarà introdotto nel gioco il 5 dicembre 2023 quando inizierà la General Sale e sarà possibile aprire i pacchi del Set Rebellion.
Ho sintetizzato le informazioni principali della Rebellion Presale in una tabella
Penso che la Rebellion Presale è iniziata nel migliore dei modi perchè durante il primo giorno della presale sono stati acquistati più della metà del totale dei pacchi Rebellion disponibili all'acquisto durante la presale:

Il mondo dei progetti blockchain è ancora in una situazione generale di Bear Market anche se ci sono dei leggeri segnali di ripresa.
In questa situazione di mercato Splinterlands, vendendo in un solo giorno più di 250K pacchi Rebellion, ha dimostrato che è un progetto forte che, nonostante i suoi 5 anni di vita, ha una base solida di giocatori e investitori che credono nel progetto di Splinterlands.
La Presale Rebellion ha un aspetto interessante che la differisce dalle presale di tutti i precedenti set perchè e' la prima presale in cui i ricavi sono divisi tra Splinterlands e SPS DAO.

Rebellion Presale: Purchase Cases Total Cost Calculation
Nei miei due precedenti post ho calcolato il costo di acquisto di un pacco Rebellion in base al metodo di pagamento scelto e ho calcolato il costo totale in dollari dei casi di acquisto che permettono di ottenere dei bonus di acquisto.
Nel post di oggi aggiungo e condivido anche il calcolo totale in dollari dei casi di acquisto che permettono di ottenere le due Promo Cards al livello massimo.
Rispetto all'ultima volta che ho controllato il valore di mercato dei token utilizzabili come metodo di acquisto dei pacchi Rebellion (16 ottobre 2023) il valore "Last Price" dei token DEC è aumentato mentre il valore dei token VOUCHER è diminuito.

Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere i valori di mercato attuali dei token DEC e dei token VOUCHER (Lowest Ask Market Values).
Come tre giorni fa anche oggi il metodo di acquisto più conveniente per acquistare un pacco Rebellion durante la presale in corso è utilizzare 4000 DEC + 5 VOUCHER per pacco ma rispetto a 3 giorni fa il costo per pacco in dollari è leggermente diminuito: 3.9215$ -> 3.9107$

Chi durante la presale acquista in un unica transazione 100, 500 e 2000 Rebellin packs ha diritto ad un bonus in pacchi.
In questo caso i pacchi bonus hanno un costo di 5 VOUCHER ognuno.
In base al valore di mercato attuale dei token DEC e dei token VOUCHER chi acquista 100 pacchi otterrà 105 pacchi e sosterrà:

La mia strategia di acquisto
Splinterlands è il mio gioco blockchain preferito perchè mi piace giocare le battaglie di gioco e mi piace aumentare la forza in battaglia della mia collezione di carte utilizzabile nel Modern Format che è l'unico formato in cui voglio giocare perchè è l'unico formato in cui non ci sono i bots.
Mi piacciono molto entrambe le due Promo cards che saranno distribuite ai partecipanti alla presale ma non considero queste due carte eccezionalmente forti e soprattutto versatili come ad esempio Byzantine Kitty e Oshur Costantia che giocano bene in molte situazioni e in molte e diverse rulesets.
Inoltre in questo momento non ho molti DEC disponibili perchè 150K DEC li tengo da parte per utilizzarli nelle mie 3 lands.
In questa situazione in cui ho poca liquidità da investire nel breve periodo ho deciso e pianificato quale sarà la mia strategia di acquisto relativa al set Rebellion:

acquisterò solo 20 pacchi Rebellion durante la presale

accumulerò un quantitativo maggiore di token DEC tramite:

la vendita delle mie carte Beta e Untamed che hanno un attributo Production Points basso e che non potrò utilizzare nel Modern Format a partire dal 5 dicembre quando inizierà la general sale

la conversione di parte delle mie ricompense dei miei post su Splinterlands in DEC

Entrerò abbastanza pesantemente durante la prima fase della general sale cogliendo occasioni di acquisto di pacchi Rebellion dal mercato e acquistando le carte Rebellion che considererò utili in battaglia in base agli evocatori e alle carte Chaos Legion e Riftwachers che ho nella mia collezione.
Il set Rebellion porterà nuove e molto interessanti dinamiche di gioco e io voglio assolutamente costruirmi una collezione di carte che mi permetterà di giocare stabilmente almeno nelle leghe Gold+ del Modern Format ma aspetterò la general sale per fare questo.
Durante la presale cercherò di potenziare ulteriormente le mie carte Chaos Legion e Riftwatchers per trovarmi meno a disagio quando le mie carte Untamed con Byzantine Kitty in testa non potrò più utilizzarle nel Modern Format.
Quando inizierà la general sale cercherò di avere un buon numero di carte Rebellion che saranno molto importanti per gli airdrop delle carte leggendarie Rebellion.
Mi piace molto il nuovo meccanismo che sarà applicato agli airdrops del set Rebellion nel quale non conteranno pi ù i pacchi acquistati ma i pacchi acquistati e non venduti e soprattutto le carte acquistate e non vendute.
Splinterlands è il mio gioco blockchain preferito anche perchè permette di scegliere tra diverse strategie di gioco e di investimento.
Per il set Chaos Legion non ho partecipato alla presale e ho acquistato più di 1000 pacchi Chaos Legion durante la general sale e in fasi successive.
In quel caso la mia strategia è stata vantaggiosa per me e spero che anche questa volta lo sia!
Io continuo a pormi obiettivi di crescita su Splinterlands, spero che i bots siano eliminati completamente da Splinterlands, continuo ad aumentare la forza in battaglia della mia collezione di carte utilizzabile nel Modern Format dove non ci sono i bots e aspetto con molta eccitazione l'inizio della general sale del set Rebellion, la fase 1.5 delle lands e le versioni completamente giocabili di Genesis League Soccer e Soulkeep che espanderanno l'ecosistema di Splinterlands
