Releasing and releasing necessary words to awaken consciousness

Greetings dear friends of the community Catarsis, in this opportunity I share with all of you a series of words and messages to release stress and all the bad energy that accumulates along the way.

These months have been a constant school of learning, sometimes we think we have reached the ceiling we expected, but that is where life, destiny and "luck" which is nothing more than the work and discipline we put into what we do, tells us that there is still a long way to go.

Yesterday I went to the Cerro Hotel Maracay, this is a very emblematic place for me, so I took the opportunity to record some words of relief to share them with all of you, this was a necessary catharsis, it was a process of liberation that I had to execute and what better place than in the middle of the immensity of nature.
