Recipe: Exquisite Garlic Shrimp - Receta: Exquisitos camarones al ajillo. 🍝

Hello, Hive Food friends! It’s a pleasure to greet you; today I’ll share an exquisite recipe for shrimp in garlic sauce.

🍝 Ingredients:

1 kg of cleaned shrimp. 1 head of garlic. Cilantro, as needed. Approx. 200 g of margarine. Salt and pepper to taste. Oil, as needed.

🍝 Ingredientes:

1 kg de camarones limpios.
1 cabeza de ajo.
Cilantro el necesario.
200 grms de margarina aprox.
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
Aceite el necesario.

🍝 Preparation:

Start with cleaned and drained shrimp—set them aside. Finely mince the garlic and set it aside as well. Finely chop the cilantro. Place a pot over the heat and add margarine and oil; once melted, add the garlic and sauté. Then, add the cilantro and continue sautéing. Once everything has softened slightly, add the shrimp and stir to combine the flavors. If needed, add a bit more margarine. Season with salt and pepper, and continue stirring until the shrimp turn pink and are well-cooked—this should take about 10 minutes.

I served this exquisite dish alongside white rice and boiled cassava. A delicious meal! Many thanks to my friends for sharing—best wishes! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🫂🫂

🍝 Preparacion:

Delicioso plato. Muchas gracias a mis amigos por compartir, saludos. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🫂🫂
