I started chewing gum very early as a kid. It landed me into trouble severally,got beaten severally by my parents, Mocked by friends and most especially my siblings 😂 the really made jest of me it even got to and extent when you enter my room my wall was decorated with chewing gum.
So there was a day my dad was watching some videos on his phone he saw a goat chewing his cord he called me Newton come and see when i came he said that's how i chew gum i laughed at the initial time but every body started laughing at me then i started crying 😭 and i entered my room with anger and i slept off.
I was punished severally in class by my teachers then in secondary school is either the plaster it on my head or flog me or punish me severely for it and my class mates will laugh at me I will now start crying 😭I was threatened severally because of chewing gum even wen the told me that they will initiate me with chewing gum just to get me scared but I still didn't give up, I stole my parents money severally just to chew gum I really got addicted to chewing gum even to an extent wen I see people chewing gum wether new or old I will beg them to cut for me, I literally chewed gum almost everyday of my life a day with gum was like I haven't eaten, My mum had to buy one packet of gum for me to finish that if I don't finish it I won't eat and I couldn't finish it and I slept hungry that day.
Then I had baby sister that was about 1 Month old when I was washing her napkin filled with poop my gum fell into the napkin I was chewing gum that i bought with my last card I had to pick it up wash it and put it back inside my mouth
Whenever am chewing gum and it falls on the floor I must surely pick it up and wash it and start from where I stopped It was really getting out of hand ooo, I bit my mouth severally while chewing gum.
Not until one day I went to buy something from a shop I saw chewing gum and I was pushed to collect it I was collecting the gum gradually and took more than 6 then when I wanted to take the last one the lady caught me and I ran home she started shouting and ran towards were I was running to she came to my house and my parents were around she then reported me to them and and the brought me outside to confront me then every one in my compound are already out and watching me the lady insulted both me and my family my parents were really embarrassed that day and the pleaded and pleaded and pleaded and the paid for the gum and she left by them I knew that i was finished that day I wore like 3 cloths that day my dad really taught me a lesson that I would Neva forget in a hurry that day I was flogged mercilessly till I fainted I woke up in the hospital 🤔 after that day I had a rethink on chewing gum hahahaha😂 but then I gradually change the habit.
