After my last post, one Twitter user complained that it was not a good idea to suggest investing in Gazprom for the rebound in stocks after the Russia/Ukraine crisis:

I did mention that it was a "risky" play. But probably not as risky as not doing anything. We want to buy the stocks ready for the rebound when the crisis is over.
Is there a safer option? And by safer, i don't mean putting a mask on or washing your hands before investing, as we know those don't work.
However, for those whose risk appetite is abit lower than diving into russian stocks, there are some other SAFER options. As i mentioned, the Nasdaq is down 15% from its ATH and the S&P over 10%, so there are some good rebound options in these exchanges.
Microsoft
This stock is currently 18% below its ATH and has had a blockbuster year in 2021 and great forecast for 2022. One to look out for and it pays a dividend to boot.

There you have it, some stocks that are much safer and with some good margin to provide some gains.
