Hello friends, I hope you are doing well. Welcome to my new post. For the past few years, it has been seen that the literacy rate of our country is quite low. There are about 22 percent of people here who have not studied at all. Especially primary level education has been lagging behind day after day. It has been almost 50 years since our independence. And after this independence, we have wanted to develop our country well.

Due to various political reasons, our country has been lagging behind day after day. But there has been some improvement at times. The previous government gave a lot of importance to primary education, due to which we saw a lot of good in primary education. The government nationalized the primary educational institutions in our country. Through which ordinary small children even in the marginal areas of the country got the opportunity to study. But their education was not of good quality.

It was seen that the teachers were quite incompetent. We know about various irregularities in the appointment of teachers. Every year, there were irregularities in the recruitment of teachers, due to which we did not get any good teachers in these primary schools. Again, there are many primary educational institutions where teachers do not go. Especially those educational institutions in remote areas and rural areas, there is a huge shortage of teachers.

There are many schools where teachers do not come for months. They only go to the educational institutions a few times a year to attend. There are many teachers who do not take classes properly. They stay at their homes or they give their tuition in various coaching centers. If the primary education of a country is not good, then how will the students and people of that country be educated is a matter of concern.

I admit that currently there are quite a lot of primary schools in our country. But there are not enough skilled teachers. I hope this government will look into these issues and take primary education further in the future. I hope you will like my post very much. Thank you all for reading my post.
