I do not know if there is any country in the world where teachers are mainly recruited by the managing committee of the educational institution. In the developed world, we see that when a teacher is recruited in a government school, they basically have to take an exam. Through which teachers are recruited in schools or colleges.
If education is the backbone of a nation, then teachers are the ones who maintain that backbone well. So we have to recruit proper teachers. We must keep an eye on whether the teachers are good and qualified. In the past years, we have seen that teachers were recruited in educational institutions in our country by the managing committee. Through this, many people get jobs in educational institutions by bribing or through nepotism. Despite not being qualified, they get jobs in educational institutions. Later, it is seen that good quality students are not produced from those educational institutions.
If the teachers are not good, then how can students be good in an educational institution is my question. We all joined the 2024 mass uprising for a new education system in this country. But today, two years have passed and nothing has changed. Now, the new government is again demanding that teachers be appointed by the managing committee of the educational institution. This will show that corruption will increase a lot.
Appropriate and qualified people will never be able to teach. As a result, it will never be possible to provide good quality teachers in an educational institution. Maybe it will be possible to provide some amount, but not much. If the government insists on this decision, then I definitely think that a movement will start again in the country. The unemployment problem in the country is quite high. And if such a bad decision is taken by the government in this unemployment problem, then the ordinary students and youth of the country will definitely not sit still.
Our country's education minister is a failed education minister. I don't know why he takes such an initiative where he probably understands everything. It is true that if teachers are appointed by the managing committee, our MPs and ministers also get some percentage of the bribe money there.
