Siempre es necesario salir un domingo por la mañana y poder desconectarse en el paseo o vereda del lago sin duda alguna es una aventura totalmente fascinante, que permite una desconexión completa a lo que estamos comúnmente destinados a ser esta vez el tiempo estaba nuestro favor ya que el sol no había salido aprovechamos para llevar a mi pequeña sobrinas, fuimos con mi hermana papá y también mi novio, caminamos por lo largo de toda la Vereda del Lago hasta poder llegar a la segunda etapa que particularmente siempre la había escuchado, pero no había tenido la oportunidad de poder visitarla.
It’s always nice to get out on a Sunday morning, and being able to switch off on the lakeside promenade is, without a doubt, a truly fascinating experience that allows you to completely disconnect from the daily grind. This time, the weather was on our side as the sun hadn’t yet risen, so we took the opportunity to take my little nieces along; We went with my sister, my dad and my boyfriend too; we walked the entire length of the lakeside path until we reached the second section, which I’d always heard about but had never had the chance to visit.
Tenía aproximadamente de 3 años que no iba la Vereda del Lago, un domingo en la mañana justamente después del amanecer y las salida del sol, que es una experiencia bastante reconfortante porque comúnmente el domingo uno tiende a levantarse tarde o a descansar pero no esta vez más salir a este lugar para la completa desconexión de lo que comúnmente hacemos un día, como este para mí resulta muy relajante el poder escuchar el sonido del agua, el oído de la naturaleza de los pájaros, la desconexión total así como también podrá observar a esas personas que realizan actividades física y la capacidad que tienen de ejercitarse.
It had been about three years since I’d last been to Vereda del Lago, on a Sunday morning just after dawn and the sunrise – which is quite a comforting experience, because on Sundays one usually tends to get up late or have a rest, but not this time; instead, I went out to this place to completely switch off from our everyday routine. On a day like this, I find it very relaxing to be able to listen to the sound of the water, the sounds of nature, such as the birdsong, and the total sense of disconnection. You can also watch the people taking part in physical activities and see how well they’re able to exercise.
Cabe destacar que había hasta una carrera de runing y también en bicicleta, este lugar es un lugar perfecto para poder recrearse pero la mayor importancia que tiene es la paz, tranquilidad y desconexión a través de la naturaleza que ofrece lo cual permite que podamos alinear cada uno de nuestros pensamientos, actitudes un momento para liberarnos de eso que nos atormenta de nuestro día a día de nuestras actividades cotidianas, no está de más poderse regalar una experiencia como esta de poder escuchar la naturaleza más allá de nuestro ruido interior.
It is worth noting that there was even a running race and a cycle race; this place is perfect for recreation, but its greatest value lies in the peace, tranquillity and chance to switch off that nature provides here, allowing us to bring our thoughts and attitudes into alignment – a moment to free ourselves from the things that torment us in our day-to-day lives and routine activities. It’s certainly worth treating yourself to an experience like this, where you can listen to nature beyond the noise within.
Me me llamó mucho la atención de este lugar quién pude observar algo que nunca en mi vida había tenido esa oportunidad cómo fue justamente unos búhos o lechuzas, jamás había visto con mis ojos ninguno de estos, no me había dado cuenta hasta que mi novio me dijo amor, mira los búhos, quede sorprendida pero ellos sintierón que me estaba acercando a tomarle fotos y algunos de ellos se alejarón por completo, apesar de ver únicamente en las noches ellos persiben todo quede realmente sorprendida por tener esta oportunidad única de ver las lechuzas.
What really caught my attention about this place was that I was able to see something I’d never had the chance to see before in my life – namely, owls. I’d never seen one with my own eyes before; I hadn’t even realised it until my boyfriend said to me, ‘Darling, ‘Look at the owls.’ I was surprised, but they sensed I was getting closer to take photos of them and some of them flew off completely. Although they’re only active at night, they’re very perceptive – I was truly amazed to have this unique opportunity to see the owls.
