There was no rush today, no job, no strike, no deadlines breathing down my neck, just weekend, just the steady rhythm of my steps circling Mierendorff Island. I felt the week’s weight in my legs, the kind of tiredness that sneaks up when you're finally still. At quiet spots by the water, I paused for breathwork and meditation, letting the birds' weekend symphony be my soundtrack. Of course, I also passed the new skate park under the railroad bridge. Both walls of the underpass have been freshly sprayed, a contrast to the steel and concrete. I took the time to take a few photos to perhaps turn them into a blog article, we'll see. In any case, I've brought you the two walls for today's report to have a look at them. Apart from that, today was all about relaxing from the week, nothing else!

Es gab heute keinen Stress, kein job, keinen Streik, keine Fristen im Nacken, einfach Wochenende, nur den ruhigen Rhythmus meiner Schritte um die Mierendorffinsel. In meinen Beinen spürte ich, wie anstrengend die Woche wirklich gewesen war. An stillen Stellen am Wasser hielt ich inne, atmete tief, lauschte den Vögeln. Ich kam natürlich auch am neuen Skatepark unter der Eisenbahnbrücke vorbei. Beide Wände der Unterführung sind frisch gesprayed worden, ein Kontrast zu Stahl und Beton. Ich habe mir die Zeit genommen, ein paar Aufnahmen zu machen um vielleicht einen Blogartikel daraus zu machen, mal sehen. Für den heutigen Report hab ich euch jedenfalls die beiden Wände mitgebracht zum anschauen. Ansonsten war heute nur noch relaxen von der Woche angesagt, sonst nix!
