So from now on I'll post both edited and unedited photos, with an explanation of how I set up the lighting
This is one of my photoshoots from 2019. Here, I used a 6 light setup, but for the first picture, you would only need 4 or 3 (if you use a reflector for the fill light).
Behind the model, there is a big 5 in 1 reflector, stripped down to the transparent white. Behind the reflector, there are two big softboxes shining through it, so you get a very white background, easy to edit afterwards, and you also get some degree of rim light.
In front of the model, there is one big softbox as a main light and one smaller one as the fill light.

Now, for the full-length shot, you can see two more strobe lights shining at the white paper below, so it can be blown out to pure white in the picture. There is also a piece of transparent polycarbonate on the floor, so you get a nice reflection and you also protect the paper, so it can be used more times.
