Hoy:
San Vicente por la noche

Today:
St. Vincent at night

Braian invited a friend (El Chino), who although I knew him by sight, I never went out riding with him. This information is essential when going out and even more so if it is at night. Knowing how the cyclist behaves on the bike is essential to avoid unnecessary accidents. As it always happens, as we are in life, we are in the sport we practice. If we are absent-minded, so to speak, on the bicycle we will be like that and without wanting to, we can cause unforeseen events.
! [English] Because of the above, I sent Chino in the back and he practically does not appear in the video. On the way back, I passed him and luckily he has a good cadence, he doesn't move much while he pulls and above all he marks the wells for those of us who come behind.
! [English] We arrived at the lagoon at night and because of the amount of mosquitoes, I could not make catches. Talks, hydration, nutrition, a little stretching and back to the arena. Honestly, I really liked this training, because it allows you to develop skills that sometimes we do not put into practice. Being attentive all the way is very demanding. Something that does not happen during the day, because you are more relaxed and sometimes the ride becomes monotonous.
! [English] It was an atypical training and although we achieved what we set out to do, we came back with more responsibilities. We are looking for adoption, but so far no one has shown up. There is a kennel in Ezeiza (a place where they take dogs found in the street), but I honestly don't know if we are ready to leave him there. The name Charly was given because he looks almost the same as the other one we had.
¡Saludos!
! [English] Almost 50 km at a good pace is a good result. There are days when we ride a lot of kilometers in zone 2 (18-25 km/hs) and there are days like this one when we work in zone 3 (25 - 30 km/hs). Of course, sometimes we also ride in zones 4 and 5. It should also be said that it depends a lot on the terrain where we ride. In particular I love the passes in the grass. Soon, I will bring content about it.
Thanks for making it this far, I value that very much.
Let's chat in comments.
