I was stunned when the news got to my ears. What news? The #leofinance rebranding news, infact I saw the post myself. I thought, why rebrand when we've got very well acquainted with the name, but then it's necessary that things do not remain the same forever, needs to be updated and improved. Found out @Leofinance was created in the year 2019, after 4 years of creation, I'll say the rebranding idea is indeed a great one, all thanks to @khaleelkazi and his team for deciding to make this community all spicy.
Another news captured my interest, in the post I saw the part that we could make suggestions too. I feel on top of the world that a great community such as this values our opinions and ideas and this further makes it unique as members feel valued. It wouldn't be bad if the community had come up with a brand name and then announces it to the public, all we would have done is support the rebranding but here we are all having a say in the matter.
Why rebranding is necessary
Like I said earlier, a stagnant system wouldn't be appealing to it's users, coupled with the fact that @Leofinance has made some positive improvements and changes in the community, it is thus necessary that a rebrand be effected. May 2023 welcomed a mind-blowing development, a new user interface was launched with new features added each day to make the social media experience all lively and fun, with this steady growth and progress, I'm sure the idea of rebranding is welcomed to keep up the pace
Bestowed with the opportunity to make meaningful contributions, I still think the Leo/Lion legacy be retained, I have my reasons

The word Leo suggests power, authority and strength. Ever since its creation, @Leofinance has been recognised as a strong, formidable community through its name. Every member belongs to the wild cat family in order of prominence either as a cub, kitten, Lion, Apex Lion etc. These animals we know are never calm, the young ones are trained to be strong and fierce like the adults. @Leofinance has stand tall in the face of challenges, so I really suggest the Leo legacy be kept

It's quite unusual for a popular and strong community as this to adopt a name different and rare, the use of Leo/Lion creates an impact when heard and makes the community unique from other social media handles like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc

I'm super delighted to be a part of this, I feel on top of the world as my idea counts. It brings happiness to my heart because this community is completely democratic. All thanks to the pillars of this strong community, we've got your back and will ensure it never crashes.
While 13th is already at the corner, let's see if the brain is further gonna produce something useful.
