As it is said that the bear market is the constant decrease in the rate by 20% from it original or initial rate. The same thing goes with the bull market which is the constant or continuous increase in the cryptocurrency rate by 20%. But then, what is the main stream of how cryptocurrency works? We need not to go far before we mentioned volatility. Volatility is what cryptocurrency revolves around such as that it appreciate and depreciate in a way that is unpredictable. What really baffles which I have not been able to understand is that at what rate can we determine or know that we are in the bull market. Is it when the rate is at increase by 20% or when the cryptocurrency rate reaches it all time height like the last bull market run we experienced last year?

How do we determine a bull market?

It's not that I understand it myself but it's just a question a that baffles my mind which I don't know if that's how others feel about it too. If a bull market is determined by 20 or 40% in appreciation of the cryptocurrency rate it is known to be a bull market or bull market run. The highest rate of cryptocurrency rate on hive was experienced last year before it fall back to the recent bear market. Or literally,I should conclude that the bull market is determined when people talk about it and the news is flittering around? Or I should we can have a bull market run within the bear market. For example, the last hive cryptocurrency run that almost reached 1$ in the last couple of days before it depreciation back to the current rate.
