If you are a big fan of the game you should sit comfy and start watching the game. it should start by 6:40 PM EST. I will be watching though but I have to pull the strings around it. Apart from #ririe singing for free, there is a lot of money floating around this event. Yes Rihanna is not getting paid to perform in half time. It is considered a free publicity for the artists on stage. People tend to never forget this moment.
The good part of that performance, folks around the world will go listening to your music even a week after the game so she will earn eventually. I even heard a new album could be on the lookout so we will see. #ads are another reason many focus on the game. Each ads costs $7 million for 30 seconds. I have not watch any yet but they will be funny as usual. This year could focus on #ev since it is the new trend around.
Last year if you recall it was #crypto superbowl. Everywhere you turn an ads about crypto. It was a short homecoming since crypto in general lost 60% of their dollar value. I see this game more as a way for the supermarket to sell like crazy. I went to a club store, they were out of chicken wings. Folks were buying ready to eat wings. They buy everything in order to get together.
This maybe the biggest event for February.
While life continues before and after #superbowl, it is a way to gauge the economy. Tickets for the #sblvii is crazy expensive. VIP can cost you $100k while average ticket is around $6k. Who are the folks watching the game though?
SO there is no break when it comes spending money for fun.
IF I ever have that kind of money to burn, you can tell I made it by then.
I can say I am okay to watch the game on my TV.
Unlucky I do not have wings but I do have ribs and some seafood while the game is going.
