The topic of love cannot be exhausted, but in all I see love as a beautiful gift to humanity, love is one factor that brings happiness, peace, inspiration etc. but even with the sweetness and pleasurable moments, sacrifices, most people have abused it, and it makes it seem that loving is difficult.

I would say it wasn't so from the beginning. Most people have doubts as far as the subject of love is concerned because of the experiences they had encountered in the journey of life, such as heartbreaks, betrayal, death, disappointment etc. but even with all these I would still say that love is a beautiful thing. Love is not just about the verbal declaration, but it is best expressed by our sacrifice, trust, openness, communication etc.

Trust and sacrifices are the key aspect of love, though it has other criteria; love is all about building and maintaining trust, even after the experiences of betrayal or hurt, also it's about making compromises, sacrifices, such as putting someone else's needs before your own needs.

So I believe that loving someone is not supposed to be hard rather it should be very easy, but one would ask how would you love a person that has hurt you? I know it might be difficult to love such a person because you consider such a person as an enemy, but even with that, you can still love such a person by forgiving the person. Selfless love brings about forgiveness, and with that there is peace and we press forward with life.

This scripture is always an anchor and full expression of love for me;
1 John 4:19
NLT: We love each other as a result of his loving us first.

1 John 3:1
NLT: See how very much our heavenly Father loves us, for he allows us to be called his children, and we really are! But the people who belong to this world don't know God, so they don't understand that we are his children.

Thus I used this scripture and other ones as a pillar so to express love at ease, having it often in my subconscious mind that I was first loved by someone else, so I ought to extend that same love to everyone around me. Though it can be both effortless and challenging.

Although, love can be a complex and it's a multifaceted emotion that brings both immense joy and profound pain, but that shouldn't make us shut our hearts against expressing love or giving love a chance again.

Though it's also difficult to love without the love being reciprocated, in all, we ought to love. No matter what we've been faced with in the process of loving others, I believe we can love again with ease, but first we ought to conquer our past and issues of the past we might have experienced about love, then concentrate on the present moment, which would be of great help rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. We ought to also gain insights, and grow from those experiences.

One of the greatest happiness of life is having the conviction that you are loved, either it's self-love or by others. Love is the master key that opens the gates of happiness, I would also say that where there is love, there is life.

Loving others is not difficult, love is sweet and beautiful, selfless love brings about happiness, peace, joy etc. We ought to love because Christ first loved us and gave himself for us. So we can only reciprocate the love of Christ in us by loving others even with their weaknesses. So it worth it.
