Today I will be showing you guys how to combine bean cake with bread without any stress at home; let’s just call it a two-in-one bean cake. Sounds funny, right?
Ingredients are:
2 tablespoons of bean powder
1 teaspoon of blended dry pepper
500ml of groundnut oil
Quarter teaspoon of salt
200g of bread

Procedure
As you can see the ingredients are not special and they are usual things most people do have at home so let’s get into the kitchen and see how i combine them together to make my two in one beans cake.
I cut the bread into small pieces because that was the size I needed and then set it aside.

Then I poured the beans powder into a clean bowl.

Followed by the blended pepper

And the salt as well.

Lastly I added water gradually as I made use of a tablespoon to stir it so that it won’t have excess water which will not be good.

After that, I place a clean pot on the burner and the pour the groundnut oil into it then allow it to get hot a little bit.

I proceed by dipping the bread into the beans and made sure it soaked very well.

Then I put the soaked bread into the hot oil on the burner, the same process was applied to the rest of the bread.

I allowed it to fry until it was turning brown and then I turned it to the other side so that it could fry as well.

When both side were golden brown I packed them out.

Now the two in one beans cake bread is ready to be served with any kind of drink.
