Awesome post but I see your delegation plan is ripe for abuse. Not by you but from potential bad actors. You did not give a time frame in how long you want the delegations for in return for your LvL tokens. For example someone could send you a 10,000 HIVE delegation, get 10,000 free Lvl and then remove the delegation. I would suggest paying the Lvl in increments over a period of X months to protect yourself. One payment of Lvl a month for X months to cut back on transfer work.
