A. Regulators don’t understand the new industry they are regulating?
B. The regulators were used to attack a potential bank competitor and drive them from New York?
C. That they just reduced their visibility in New York ?
D. This was not a true effort to expose a crooked company ?
E. The fine was so small as to be inconsequential?
