As is usually the case with the characters, Madam Satan (and I just now noticed that I spelled her name wrong, there's no "E" at the end of Madam) is in the public domain. She first appeared in Pep Comics #15 in May 1941). She is most famous for being canceled after a short run and being replaced by Archie.
