Buying is hard when there is so much fear in the market, but the best time to buy is when no one wants to buy. Dollar cost average and keep some dry powder.

Selling is even harder when every influencer is telling you everything is going to the moon. Having sold while the asset continues to climb or not sold at the very top, are more common than you think. Don't fret, we are only human and you made money.

So, what to do? Have a plan written down well before fear and greed take over, execute the plan and don't look back. Discipline will get you there more than mere luck, and discipline will ensure you keep your winnings.
