Hope you are all doing great, drinking some healthy juice to keep the immune boosted while also refreshing your skin. And this is why am sharing this two healthy skin ingredients that you can combine in a juice to stay on your feet and feeling good.

Tiger nut 🌰 and carrot 🥕 are two exceptional,  delicious nut and vegetable we know that can supply us with basic vitamins especially that which relates to the heart ♥️ and  sights 👀.  And its very obvious we don’t want to joke with these two parts in our body as health means everything to us.

And the idea to this juice is how I stumbled onto some fresh tiger nuts few days back and since I also have some fresh carrot in the fridge, this combination of a juice just came to mind.

Tiger nut and carrot juice is all about that good health. Its one juice you will love ❤️ to try despite its not just that juice we throw the ingredients into the blender since we have to get our tiger nut to soften up by soaking it over night . But I tell you its full of health and deliciousness.

Here I share the process with you through step by step.

INGREDIENTS:

2 large fresh carrots
1/2 cup of fresh Tiger Nut
1 glass of spring water 
1 teaspoon of premium sugar 

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

First thing to do is to properly clean the carrot as above.

Then wash thoroughly adding salt to help sterilize it.

Will grate the carrot for ease of blending .

And the tiger nut now soft after soaking over night I will grind manually to also help the blender.

Step 3.

Once the two basic ingredients are ready here, I will add them into the blender, adding the sugar and water.

Gradually blend into a juice here.

And serve in a glass cup for that delicious 😋 look that will attract us to how healthy it appears.
