
Hello, Hive runners...
It's been a while since my last run, my foot seems to be suffering from a slight injury, but I'm sure it will get better soon. Actually in my running journal this time, this was a training run before the Amartha Run on 15 September. So, of course I'm sad that I can't show you my more recent running journal. But, I can still write it down as a reminder, is this ok?
So, in my dress rehearsal, I managed to run a total of 7.02 kilometres. With a moving time of 53.58. If you look at the results in the splits, I started and ended at a consistent pace, with an average pace of 7:41.

Since this was my last workout before the race, I had intended to run the same distance as the race, which was 10 kilometres, but for some reason I didn't feel up to it and listened more to my body to stop at kilometre seven.
After that, I rested and enjoyed the humid afternoon air.
The total calories I burned was 400. not bad, right? As for the average heart rate, it was below 170/bpm.


Although that tends to be high, or in zone 3, but I felt at least not in zone 4.

After cooling down, I then took some pictures of the lake view, and hurried home.
