A new running track certainly gives off a new vibe and atmosphere. What distractions will we face? If I usually only have problems with strong winds, that morning I had a different experience.
The track I took was the highway in my hometown. Yes, it's my holiday and I'm visiting my mother's house, so I might as well try the road run track here.
I was glorious at 5.00 am. You know what? I was so shocked because 5am in the village is really still dark and quiet. Actually, I was a bit scared when I started, but since I had already walked a kilometre, it was a shame to turn back. Not to mention, I rarely get the chance to run early in the morning, because I only get a day off when I take leave.
The rest of the time I do my regular and freelance work. Oh yeah... so here goes...
As usual, I started my warm-up in my yard. I got ready after doing my morning prayers.

After I was done with the warm-up, I immediately started running, however, for some reason I had a lot of worries at that time. My heart was racing, maybe it was because I was afraid of dark and lonely places, or because it was a new route, so I needed to adjust?
I started with a pace of 7:17 and felt that everything seemed normal. But after just one kilometre, I felt a little strange, so I continued at a slower pace of 8:23. The sky had started to clear, and one by one vehicles had started to appear, I slowed down my pace again, I don't know, I was very uncomfortable at that time. Even though I didn't stay up late last night and I slept well. Maybe it was the track adjustment? Have you ever felt like that?

I ended my five kilometres with a total accumulated time of 47:36 minutes with a pace of 9.30/km. I'm not sad, I'm still grateful for moving and running.

After finishing, I took off my shoes and met the warm morning sun. I sat in the courtyard of my house.

That's all for this session. See you next run!
