If you go the Project Management route, having accounting knowledge will be a great fit! I had to learn the hard way that projects are not only about delivering, but there is a whole financial layer that can be very complicated if you don't have the right skills.

Having an engineering degree is always a good thing. Many job opening accept engineers, even if the actual job is not directly related to engineering. A lot of project managers I know are engineers :)
