This morning until noon it was very hot in my city but now it is raining heavily. And this situation has been going on for the past few days so my body is starting to feel unwell due to the weather. Usually to overcome this I make a herbal drink consisting of several simple spices that will warm my body. Usually the spices I use are a bit strong and consist of several spices such as ginger, lemongrass, black pepper, cloves and others, but now I want to make something different because I only use ginger here, the rest I can add other ingredients for my new recipe.

2. 1 tablespoon honey

3. Beaet fruit (the beet fruit I mixed in this recipe is only a little and this is intended for color to make it look prettier and not the main ingredient, if you have dragon fruit skin the color will be much prettier but because I don't have it currently and only have beet fruit so I use this beet fruit)

4. 50 grams of grapes

5. 300 ML water

2. Then the next step is that I blend the ginger and beets and I add 200 ML of water to it.

3. The next step is that I boil the ginger that I blended earlier until it boils slightly so that the ginger content is not damaged and the water that I boil is water that I am ready to consume.

4. After the ginger boils, I lift it and strain it, then I put it in the same glass as the grapes earlier

5. After that, I mixed honey into it and stirred until smooth.

And if you ask how it feels. So it immediately felt warm when it entered my throat. My stomach and body also immediately warmed up, but not only that because there was something a little different here, namely the slight sour taste that was produced. And this taste comes from the grapes that I blended earlier. Because it was the first time I made this recipe, the taste on my tongue was a little foreign, but I didn't reject it and there was a sense of curiosity in it that made me want to drink it again and again. Perhaps this is due to the faint sour taste of the wine.
And in this recipe I succeeded in making it. And you can try it from home. Greetings from Tomidiwirja, Indonesia
