Transfer it by using Hive keychain or Hivesigner
You can check polygon wallet.
Transaction will cast you 0.25 Hive.
Ensure you have enough liquid Hive in yor account.

You can transfer them back in to native Hive by clicking "OR TRANSFER THEM BACK" shown in blue in second image.

I hope you don't need to convert pHive into Hive as long as the APR ratio remains high. Currently APR is almost 9 times greater in pHive-Polycub farm. What is your opinion my friends?
